I’m Lisa, CEO, Chief Efficiency Officer of Future Summit.

I’ve always loved systems and organisation, whether in my work or at home. As a local in Worthing, Littlehampton, Angmering and areas in West Sussex. I’m passionate about seeing businesses succeed and helping leaders find new ways to reduce firefighting and increase profit.

At heart, I’m a Virtual Assistant who thrives on structure, organisation, and making things run better. My own task list is always low because I work in a way that maximises focus time and minimises waste. I’m energised by making a difference, and I have a knack for spotting the small wins that deliver the biggest results.

Over the years, I’ve built many strong professional relationships, and their encouragement inspired me to launch my own consultancy. Now feels like the right time to bring Future Summit to life and help more businesses reduce overwhelm, create clarity, and scale sustainably.

For decades, I’ve been the person business owners and leaders turn to when things get overwhelming. At first, I was brought in to provide support, but directors soon noticed I was doing much more than ad hoc admin. I was fixing broken processes, creating systems, and laying the foundations for growth.
